Cancellation Policy:

Kambo Cancellations

All attendees must fill out a medical health assessment before booking is fully secured. To secure your booking you will need to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit and the full amount pre-ceremony.
As there is limited spaces Eldurjourney require a 1 month cancellation notice prior to the scheduled event. This will give us the time to offer someone else your place. We do not offer any refunds if you cancel after the 1 month notice window has passed, unless we can find someone to replace your booking. Please cancel via phone, email or fill out the contact form.
If you have filled out your medical health assessment form and booked the event, and we decide you do not meet the health requirements for Kambo Ceremony we will give you a full refund. If Eldurjourney decides to cancel the event for any reason we will give you a full refund.

We really invite you to check in with your self before you cancel, if there is a possibility that you may be experiencing doubt, resistance, fear or anxiety before your Kambo Treatment. This is very normal before a medicine like Kambo, and you are very welcome to have a chat with us if you have any concerns.
Kambo is known to bring big life changes, and this can be intimidating, especially for your first time.

 

Event & Session Cancellations
