WELCOME TO THE DEEP DIVE

Welcome to a transformative 5 days retreat, where we will encounter kambo and two grandmother ceremonies. The kambo ceremony will open you up to the pain body and pave the way and give you strength to go beyond during the grandmother ceremonies. 

We have all experienced more or less trauma, and our conditioned responses and personalities are built on top of that. 

If we want to make profound, lasting changes, we need to understand our conditioned nature and the workings of our nervous system. It is fundamental for who we are, everything we do in life, and how we relate. Pål will have a tailored call with you, prepare and give you valueable lessons how to work with the medicine. 

By preparing for the retreat, slowing down, doing embodiment practices and with the help of trauma-informed plant medicine, we can feel and gradually allow us to love our primal wounds. Doing so can transform these wounds into wisdom and gifts for ourselves and others

Hi, my name is Pål

I'm a Trauma-Informed Shamanic Practitioner and Integration Coach with 27 years of consciousness exploration. My journey bridges Western scientific understanding of trauma and the nervous system with profound shamanic wisdom gained through extensive training with Shipibo maestros in Peru

After numerous master-plant dietas in the Amazon jungle, I've dedicated my life to embodying and sharing these transformative experiences.

Safety and sovereignty are paramount in my work. I personally interview each participant before ceremonies to ensure readiness.
My approach combines compassionate truth-telling with somatic healing modalities, embodiment practices, and tantric arts.

My greatest privilege is sharing the wisdom of Noya Rao and creating sacred spaces where others can discover their own healing potential and liberate the soul purpose.

Hi, MY NAME IS MORTEN

Having overcome trauma and suffering with the help of plant medicine, I now dedicate my life to serving others so they can heal, transform, and find freedom.
My healing journey started 17 years ago when I first started exploring self-development. A few years later I was introduced to meditation, yoga, tantra and psychedelics and ever since they have been pillars in my spiritual development.

In 2019 I started facilitating Kambo Ceremonies and in 2020 I started leading Psilocybin microdosing courses and holding ceremonies together with my beloved partner.

Having gone through many initiations on my path, the most transformative life changing experience happened in earl 2024 in Peru with Shipibo Maestro Don Enrique, where I had to go through a deep spiritual death and rebirth.
Having gone through the initiation it is now my mission to share the healing of the medicine and the plant diets.

In Ceremony, I am a highly intuitive facilitator, offering a strong, gentle and loving presence.
